Software compounds. Unlike physical assets, code scales at near-zero marginal cost. We invest in enterprise SaaS and AI companies because they offer the highest ceiling for durable, recurring revenue. We look for products with strong retention, expanding use cases, and the potential to become critical infrastructure for their customers. When a product becomes a system of record, it becomes nearly impossible to displace.
We operate a build-and-acquire model. Internally, we develop SaaS products that serve the Orevida ecosystem and external markets. Externally, we acquire early-stage and growth-stage software companies with proven product-market fit, then accelerate them with Orevida distribution, capital, and technical resources. Every acquisition is evaluated for integration potential across the portfolio.
