About This Role
Build the digital infrastructure powering the entire Orevida ecosystem. From our members platform (Orevida Members Platform) to portfolio company integrations, payment rails, and internal tooling, you will architect and ship software that impacts every sector of the conglomerate.
This is not a single-product role. You will work across multiple codebases, multiple domains, and multiple business models simultaneously. One week you might be building the ORE/VIDA token ledger; the next, integrating a newly acquired company's data pipeline into the ecosystem. If you thrive in environments where context-switching is the norm and shipping fast is non-negotiable, this is your role.
You will report directly to the CTO and collaborate with engineers, designers, and operators across every Orevida sector.

What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Python/FastAPI
Architect scalable systems that serve the members platform, marketplace, and portfolio companies
Own technical decisions end-to-end: from database schema design to deployment pipelines
Integrate third-party services, payment providers, and newly acquired company systems
Write clean, well-tested code with comprehensive documentation
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-sector teams to define and deliver features
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers as the team scales
Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for ecosystem infrastructure
What You Bring
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js
Strong backend experience with Python, FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, plus Redis or equivalent caching layers
Proven track record of building and shipping production applications
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
Excellent written communication skills for async-first collaboration
Self-directed work ethic. No hand-holding, no micromanagement
Experience with React Native / Expo for mobile development
Familiarity with AI/ML model integration and LLM-based products
Prior experience in startup or conglomerate environments with cross-functional ownership
Knowledge of fintech, payment rails, or tokenized reward systems
DevOps experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
