If you register for or use the Orevida Members Platform at my.orevida.com (the “Platform”), we collect and process additional categories of personal data beyond those described in Section 3. The Platform is a private, access-controlled environment and the data collected within it is extensive due to the nature of the services provided.
As part of the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification process, we collect and process the following data through authorized third-party identity verification providers: full legal name; date of birth; nationality and citizenship; government-issued photo identification documents (passport, national ID card, driver’s license); selfie photographs or video for biometric comparison; proof of residential address (utility bills, bank statements, government correspondence); and any additional documentation required to complete identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations.
Upon registration, we collect: email address; phone number; username and password (stored in encrypted form); profile photograph; professional title and affiliation; biographical information; communication preferences; and any other information you provide during the registration or profile completion process.
We monitor and record your activity within the Platform, including: pages viewed and features accessed; time spent on different sections; navigation paths and click patterns; content interactions (views, likes, comments, shares); search queries and filter selections; file uploads and downloads; communication logs and message metadata; event attendance and participation records; and interaction patterns with other members.
If you participate in the Platform’s token, coin, or rewards system, we collect: token balances and transaction history; earning and redemption records; payment information and billing details; payout requests and distribution records; and any financial or transactional data associated with your Platform activity.
We collect detailed technical data from your use of the Platform, including: IP addresses and geolocation data; device type, model, and operating system; browser type and version; device fingerprinting data; screen resolution and viewport size; session identifiers and duration; login timestamps and authentication logs; and error logs and crash reports. We may also employ session recording and replay technology to capture and analyze your interactions with the Platform for quality assurance, debugging, and user experience improvement purposes.

Orevida maintains an active presence across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram (Meta), Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok. We collect and process data from individuals who interact with Orevida through these platforms.
When you interact with Orevida’s social media accounts, profiles, posts, advertisements, or other social media content, we may collect and process the following data: your public profile information (name, username, profile photo, bio); engagement data (likes, comments, shares, reactions, retweets, reposts); direct messages and private communications sent to Orevida’s accounts (where applicable and permitted by the platform); follower and following relationships; content you tag Orevida in or mention Orevida within; viewing behavior and interaction patterns with our social media content; and any information you voluntarily share in comments, replies, or messages.
We use social media platform analytics tools and third-party tracking technologies to collect data about how users interact with our social media content and how social media users engage with our Website after viewing our social content. This includes: Meta Pixel tracking that collects data about your browsing behavior on our Website after interacting with our Facebook or Instagram content, including page views, conversions, and custom events; social media referral data showing how you arrived at our Website from social platforms; audience insights and demographic data provided by social media platforms about users who interact with our content; and cross-platform tracking that may link your social media activity with your activity on our Website or Platform.
You acknowledge that social media platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, and that Orevida’s ability to collect and use data from social media interactions is subject to the terms and features of those platforms. In addition to the cookies described in our Cookie Policy, Orevida deploys a comprehensive suite of tracking and analytics technologies across the Website and Platform. This section provides detailed disclosure of the specific tracking technologies in use.
We use the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel), a snippet of JavaScript code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., on our Website. The Meta Pixel allows us to: track conversions from Facebook and Instagram advertisements; build targeted audiences for future advertising campaigns; retarget users who have previously interacted with our Website; and measure the effectiveness of our advertising spend. The Meta Pixel collects data including pages visited, actions taken on the Website, device information, and browser data, and transmits this information to Meta for processing. This data may be combined with your Facebook or Instagram profile data by Meta.
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, and Google Tag Manager (“GTM”), a tag management system that allows us to deploy and manage multiple tracking codes through a single container. GA4 collects data about your interactions with our Website, including page views, scroll depth, click events, file downloads, video engagement, site search queries, and form interactions. GA4 uses event-based tracking and may employ machine learning models to fill data gaps and generate predictive metrics. GTM enables us to deploy, update, and manage analytics and marketing tags efficiently without modifying the Website code directly.
We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to collect and analyze user behavior on our Website and Platform. Ahrefs is designed to be lightweight and privacy-respecting — it does not use cookies for cross-site tracking, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not share data with third parties for advertising purposes. We may also employ the following tracking technologies: custom event tracking scripts developed by or for Orevida to capture specific user interactions; heatmap and attention mapping tools; scroll depth tracking; click tracking and link attribution; form analytics to understand how users interact with forms on our Website; email open and click tracking within marketing communications; and any additional analytics or tracking tools that Orevida may implement from time to time.

Orevida makes extensive use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in its operations. This section describes how your personal data may be processed by AI systems and shared with AI service providers.
Your personal data may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI service providers, including but not limited to OpenAI (ChatGPT, GPT API), Anthropic (Claude API), Google (Gemini, Vertex AI), and other current or future AI service providers that Orevida may engage. Data shared with these providers may include: text data from communications, submissions, and content you provide; metadata and contextual information necessary for AI processing; account information and user identifiers (which may be pseudonymized); and behavioral and activity data used for analysis and personalization.
Orevida operates AI models on its own infrastructure. These locally hosted models may process your personal data without transmitting it to third-party providers. Data processed by local AI models remains within Orevida’s infrastructure but is subject to the same terms regarding AI processing described herein.
Orevida deploys autonomous AI agents that operate in the background to support business operations, content creation, data analysis, customer communications, and other operational tasks. These AI agents may access and process your personal data as part of their autonomous operation. AI agents may: analyze your account activity and behavior patterns; generate personalized content or communications; make automated decisions or recommendations affecting your experience; process submissions and applications; and interact with third-party services on behalf of Orevida, potentially transmitting your data in the process.
AI processing of your data serves the following purposes: content analysis, categorization, and moderation; behavioral analysis and user experience optimization; automated and semi-automated decision support for membership, account management, and service delivery; risk assessment, fraud detection, and security monitoring; business intelligence, trend analysis, and strategic planning; content generation, personalization, and recommendation; communication automation and customer support; and due diligence and evaluation of venture submissions. You acknowledge that AI processing is integral to Orevida’s operations and that opting out of AI processing may not be possible while continuing to use our services.
Data transmitted to third-party AI providers may be retained by those providers in accordance with their own data retention policies. Orevida cannot control and does not guarantee how third-party AI providers retain, process, or delete data once it has been transmitted to them. Personal data collected by Orevida may be shared with and processed by any current or future subsidiary, affiliate, or portfolio company within the Orevida group of companies.
