7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice, the Website, or any related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate the negotiation process by sending a written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within the specified period, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Orevida reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Orevida is neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by applicable law.
