About This Role
Produce high-end video content for the Orevida ecosystem. From the founder’s YouTube channel and Instagram Reels to corporate brand films, portfolio company launch videos, and event recaps, you will manage the full video production pipeline, from concept to final delivery.
The content style is premium but authentic. Think Casey Neistat production quality meets Harvard Business Review substance. We do not make viral TikTok dances. We make content that positions Orevida as the most serious player in the room while remaining human and relatable.
This is a contract role with the potential to evolve into a full-time position as the content operation scales. You will work with the Content Strategist and Creative Director to ensure video output aligns with the broader content and brand strategy.
Compensation
Competitive project-based or monthly retainer + ORE allocation + Orevida membership
What You Will Do
Produce short-form and long-form video content across all Orevida channels
Manage end-to-end production: scripting, shooting (when on-location), editing, and publishing
Edit footage with professional-grade color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
Create thumbnails, titles, and descriptions optimized for platform algorithms
Build and maintain a library of reusable B-roll, assets, and templates
Coordinate with the founder and team for filming schedules and content capture
What You Bring
3+ years of professional video production and editing experience
Expert-level skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn video best practices
Ability to self-direct shoots when needed (lighting, audio, framing)
Color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics capabilities
Reliable delivery under tight deadlines with consistent quality
Portfolio demonstrating range: from polished brand films to authentic social content
Experience producing content for founders, executives, or personal brands
After Effects skills for more complex motion graphics and title sequences
Understanding of content strategy and performance analytics
Ability to travel occasionally for on-location shoots (Dubai, EU)
