About This Role
Own the social media presence across the Orevida ecosystem. You will manage multiple brand accounts, including Orevida corporate, Orevida Media, the founder's personal brand, and select portfolio companies, ensuring consistent posting schedules, community engagement, and growth across every platform.
This is an execution-heavy role. You will work from the content strategy provided by the Content Strategist and ensure every post is published on time, in the right format, with the right copy, on the right platform. You will engage with comments, DMs, and mentions to build genuine community relationships.
Growth matters. You will track follower counts, engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics. You will test posting times, formats, and hooks. You will know what works and do more of it.

What You Will Do
Manage daily posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube Community
Write and adapt copy for platform-specific formats and audiences
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build community
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
Track and report on key metrics: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, conversions
Monitor trends and competitor activity across platforms
Collaborate with designers and video producers to request and coordinate assets
What You Bring
2+ years of social media management experience for brands or public figures
Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube algorithms
Strong copywriting skills adapted for different platforms and audiences
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Data-driven approach to content optimization
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Responsive and reliable. Social media does not have off-hours
Experience managing personal brand accounts for founders or executives
Basic graphic design or Canva skills for quick content creation
Understanding of paid social advertising and boost strategies
Multilingual community management (English + German, Arabic, or Russian)
