About This Role
Keep the engine running. As Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day operational infrastructure that enables a multi-sector conglomerate to execute at speed. From vendor management and procurement to process documentation and cross-team coordination, you ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Orevida operates across multiple sectors with an expanding portfolio of companies. Each sector has its own rhythm, but they all share common operational needs: contracts, compliance, communication, and coordination. You will build and maintain the systems that make cross-sector operations seamless.
This role is ideal for someone who gets energy from bringing order to complexity, who can build SOPs that actually get followed, and who treats operational excellence as a craft.
Compensation

What You Will Do
Build and maintain operational processes across all Orevida sectors
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement
Coordinate cross-sector initiatives and ensure consistent communication
Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge bases
Track key operational metrics and report on efficiency improvements
Support new company onboarding and ecosystem integration
Manage operational budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities
What You Bring
4+ years of operations management experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience building processes and documentation from scratch
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting operational KPIs
Comfort working across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment
Experience in multi-entity or holding company structures
Familiarity with legal compliance, contract management, or procurement
Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, or custom scripting)
Multilingual capabilities (English + German, Arabic, or Russian)
