About This Role
Provide legal guidance across the entire Orevida ecosystem. From corporate structuring and M&A transactions to employment contracts, IP protection, and regulatory compliance, you will be the internal legal advisor that keeps a rapidly scaling conglomerate operating within the law while moving at startup speed.
Orevida operates across multiple jurisdictions with a growing portfolio of companies. You will review contracts, support deal closings, ensure compliance with local regulations, and build the legal templates and frameworks that enable the organization to scale without legal friction.
This is a contract role designed for an experienced lawyer who enjoys the breadth of in-house work and wants exposure to private equity, technology, media, and international business law simultaneously.

What You Will Do
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements
Support M&A transactions: term sheets, share purchase agreements, due diligence coordination
Advise on corporate structuring across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, EU, international)
Manage intellectual property protection: trademarks, domain names, brand assets
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, UAE data protection law)
Draft and maintain employment contracts, contractor agreements, and policies
Build a library of legal templates for recurring ecosystem needs
Liaise with external law firms for specialized or jurisdiction-specific matters
What You Bring
5+ years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in-house or in corporate/M&A practice
Qualified lawyer (bar admission in relevant jurisdiction)
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Understanding of corporate structuring, M&A, and investment documentation
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR and international equivalents)
Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice, not just risk flags
Excellent written communication in English
Comfort working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
Experience with UAE company law or DIFC/ADGM regulations
Background in technology, IP, or digital asset regulation
Familiarity with employment law across multiple jurisdictions
German or Arabic language capabilities for local regulatory matters
