About This Role
Own the financial operations of a multi-entity conglomerate. As Financial Controller, you will manage accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance across Orevida's corporate structure and its portfolio companies.
This is not a bookkeeping role. You will build the financial infrastructure that enables a rapidly scaling conglomerate to maintain clarity, compliance, and control as it adds new entities, currencies, and jurisdictions. From consolidating multi-entity financials to managing the ORE token economics and ensuring tax compliance across borders, you will be the single source of financial truth.
You will report to the CEO (with a dotted line to the CFO agent) and work with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

What You Will Do
Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes across all Orevida entities
Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury management
Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
Build financial reporting dashboards for the CEO and investment committee
Support due diligence and financial integration for new acquisitions
What You Bring
5+ years of accounting or financial control experience
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Experience with multi-entity or group accounting and consolidation
Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP reporting standards
Proficiency with accounting software and financial modeling tools
Experience with cross-border transactions and international tax compliance
Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
Strong communication skills for financial reporting to non-financial stakeholders
Experience in holding company, private equity, or conglomerate finance
Familiarity with UAE, German, or international tax structures
Knowledge of tokenized reward systems or digital asset accounting
Experience with ERP systems and financial automation
