About This Role
Provide world-class executive support to the CEO of a global conglomerate. This is not a traditional EA role. It is a strategic support position that requires you to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, and handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
You will manage the CEO's calendar, travel, communications, and personal operations. You will be the gatekeeper who ensures his time is spent on the highest-value activities, and the coordinator who makes sure nothing, from a board meeting to a dinner reservation, is overlooked.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure. You treat every task as if the outcome matters, because at this level, it does.
Compensation

What You Will Do
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and time allocation across multiple time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Handle confidential correspondence and communications
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up action items for meetings
Manage personal and professional errands and logistics
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and high-profile contacts
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and records
What You Bring
3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or founders
Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
Proficiency with calendar management, email, and productivity tools
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Absolute discretion with confidential and sensitive information
Ability to work flexible hours across time zones (UAE, EU, and US coverage)
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or public figures
Fluency in German, Arabic, or Russian in addition to English
Background in hospitality or luxury services
Familiarity with CRM tools, Notion, or project management platforms
