About This Role
Source, evaluate, and structure equity deals for the Orevida Quantum pipeline. You will perform financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis to identify companies that fit within the ecosystem and meet our investment criteria.
Every deal you analyze has the potential to become a permanent member of the Orevida portfolio. You are not just running numbers. You are making recommendations that determine which companies join a multi-sector conglomerate designed to compound value over decades.
You will work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, presenting deal memos, structuring term sheets, and supporting post-acquisition integration. This role offers accelerated exposure to the full lifecycle of private equity, from sourcing to exit.

What You Will Do
Source and screen potential investment opportunities across all Orevida sectors
Build detailed financial models: DCFs, LBO models, comparable analyses
Conduct due diligence on target companies: financials, legal, team, market
Prepare investment memos and present findings to the investment committee
Structure deal terms and support term sheet negotiations
Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare quarterly reports
Maintain the deal pipeline and CRM with accurate status tracking
Research market trends and competitive landscapes across sectors
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel and financial analysis)
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and deal structuring
Excellent analytical and research capabilities
Clear, concise writing for investment memos and reports
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
CFA charterholder or in progress
Experience with multi-sector or conglomerate investment strategies
Familiarity with SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, and tech valuations
Network in the DACH or MENA investment community
Prior startup or operator experience in addition to finance background
